Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello,
We are a family of 4 with 2 small children of 5 and almost 3. We live in a wonderful place, big house with garden, swimming pool and view on the mountains all around. The school is 5 min drive from our house, the center of the village 5 to 10 minutes by car, and we have a train station which allows to go by train to either Annecy (largest city around in France) or Geneva. Geneva is 30-45 min drive away, Annecy only 25 min. Annecy and the region is famous for its lakes and high mountains. If you like nature, hiking and sort of sports this is the place to live in.

Job Description

We are looking for an au pair for the first time. We think we are at a pivotable stage in our life where we need help with our family logistics, but I also miss polish as part of our day to day.
We are looking for someone who can get along with the kids, and that we can trust with their lives. Someone who will have their own interest in coming to Annecy with a life of their own here when they are not supporting us with the kids.
We need someone fluent in Polish. French is not a must as long as you come here to learn (the kids don't understand polish yet).
The assignment would be mostly school pick up in the afternoon at 4.30pm, drive or cycle back home and take care of the kids until we come back (driving license is a must). Very occasional in the morning or once in a while baby sitting during the evening.
The rest is to be discussed as we imagine each au pair relationship is individual.

We would give you access to your own bedroom and bathroom on a separate floor down (still very bright). You would share all meals you want with us. We count on you to be clean and respectful, that goes without saying.
