Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi! We are a family of 4 (Bram (the dad), Liam (6 years old), Camila (3 years old) and I) and we are currently looking for an Aupair to help us with the kids. We have high preference for a native Portuguese (PT) speaker so our kids can practice their Portuguese. We have had aupairs before and we have references. Job Description

We are looking for an Aupair to help us with the kids and improving our family life in general. We have high preference for a native Portuguese (PT) speaking person so our kids can practice Portuguese. Liam goes to school (finishes at 2:15pm) and Camila goes to daycare (3 times a week). We are looking for someone to help getting the kids ready in the morning, play with them until we finish work and help taking care of the kids for a couple of hours in the weekends and evenings when we have some appointments. Bonus points if you can cook! :) This varies per week but overall we can discuss this 30h work week and having the schedule set in advance so you can also enjoy your free time and explore the Netherlands. You would also come travel with us if you are up for it! :) We can definitely connect and see what you are looking for so both expectations are met. We had an aupair before so we are familiar with the process and are very excited to speaking with you!

Accommodation

We live in a 3 level house with a garden. Your room is on the 3rd floor, with a small varanda and your own bathroom (we just need to use the bathtub for the kids baths). The kids and us have the 1st floor to sleep + bathroom, and the ground floor is the open kitchen with an island, spacious living room and garden. We have wi-fi, a big tv, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Spotify and you will have access to all of it too. We have central heating, smoke detector and a Dyson fusion air purifier too. We live 5min cycling to the city center (you can use a bicycle to move around - it’s the most convenient way) and there’s a bus in front that takes you directly to the beach (Zandvoort) and Amsterdam.
