Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello Future Au pair,
* Seeking for an Aupair (English native speaking, as my daughter goes to a bilingual school)
* Hamburg, Germany (big, beautiful, international city with the most beautiful buildings, the highest quality of life, among the 5 biggest and richest cities in Germany, also lot´s of water and beaches and more bridges than in Venice)
* I used to be an Aupair myself many years ago in Paris and I will ensure the Au Pair can lead a very happy and independent life and enjoy the benefits of a big city
* Driver´s license not necessary
* No heavy housework, just some support in the house
* 1 child (girl) - 6 years old
* Host Parent (Single mum)
* Private space
* Big 4 bedroom apartment in Hamburg Winterhude, a very central, upmarket and popular area in Hamburg, very calm street and big garden
* 1 minute walk to tube and bus stations
* 1 hour drive from the beach (Baltic Sea)
* 1 hour 40 minutes train ride to Berlin (where we have an apartment for weekends right in the center of Berlin)

Job Description

During the week I drop off my daughter at school at 8.15 AM and pick her up between 3PM and 4PM (but she can also stay at school until 6PM if needed). The main task would be to play with my daughter (crafting, reading books, playing with dolls, playmobil or outside in our garden) mainly in the afternoons and evenings or to take her to her afternoon classes (mainly in walking distance or by bus a few stops). The main requirement for an au pair would be to be motivated to play and engage with my daughter. She goes to a bi-lingual school where she is learning English

Accommodation

We live in a big apartment (110 square meters) with 3 bedrooms, a big living room, a big dining room and a kitchen. The Au Pair can enjoy private space not only in her bedroom (9 square meters) but also in the living room as my daughter and I spend most of our time in the playroom and dining room. The Au Pair´s bedroom faces a big garden and it´ is very calm. The window is big with a lot of sunny daylight during the day.
