Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi I’m Lexi and we are the Ivins family. My husband Owen, son Marley and our 2 friendly trained Labradors Kea and Betty.

We live in the Camden area of Harrington Park. There is a big mall 5 mins walk from our house along with food and restaurants, gym and bus stops. There will be a car for you to use on a daily basis. There are a selection of local English classes to choose from.

We love spending time as a family, going to the beach and exploring the area. We are new to Sydney ourselves and have a support network of family close by. You will be able to spend your free time however you please and when with our son, he enjoys being active and being social.

Job Description

My husband and I work about an hour to an hour and a half away. I work from home 2-3 days a week but will arrange to work from my mums if easier for all.

Marley will attend daycare 1-2 days a week to keep up the interaction with other kids. Hours of work for you would be Monday-Friday with weekends off. 2 full 10 hour days, 1 8 hour day and the other 2 days would be dropping off and picking Marley up from daycare. Other general duties would also be Making lunches, general tidying of his play areas and driving to activities to keep him occupied during the day. Occasional baby sitting would be great also.
