Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello everyone, my name is Ramona and I would be very happy if you were interested in being a au-pair with us. I live with my husband and my three wonderful daughters in a house near Herdecke. When we didn't have children yet, my husband and I traveled a lot and we miss intercultural exchange. At the same time, our three mice often push us to the limits of our capacity, so we want a helping hand with childcare and household chores. That's how we came up with the idea of the au pair.
You're a great fit for us if you like peaceful and harmonious coexistence, but can also deal well with chaos. Respectful and familiar interaction is important to us and problems should be able to be addressed by both sides so that a bad atmosphere does not arise. We haven't had an au pair yet, but I would like you to quickly see our home as your home.

Our English is ok, but could be improved, which is why some knowledge of German would be really great, especially for the kids.
I hope I have aroused your interest.
Many kind regards
Ramona

Job Description

As an au pair you should have some experience with children, ideally with smaller children. We would be very happy if, in addition to looking after the children, you could also help us a little around the house. You definitely need strong nerves with our three children, because all three are adorable, easy to cuddle, but also very strong-willed. We educate our children quite relaxed and very loving. As a carer, you would of course also have to take this course. In the best case scenario, you already speak a little German, but you would have to at least speak reasonably good English.
