Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi and thanks for viewing our family. We are expecting a baby in May and I hope to return to work and take some leave in chunks over the first 9 months. I work in a charity preventing homelessness locally and currently my husband works in London but may not be able to get the time we hoped off for shared parental leave.
We live about a mile from the centre of town where there's good bus and train links (for London and elsewhere). We live about 30min drive from Heathrow airport. There's a uni in our town so I believe language schools would be close by too.
We have local parks - the closest big one to us is about 10/15mins walk and it's about 20min walk to the centre where there's lots of shops/cinema etc. We do have a small park just down the road (less than 5min walk).
We are an active family, love travelling/holidays, love cycling and being active and the outdoors (especially if the weather's good!). We enjoy cooking and eating nice food and baking when we have time.
We attend a church in a local town and enjoy being part of a church community.

Job Description

I hope to return to work from when the baby is 3 months old for about 3 months so during this time in work hours you would be the sole carer for the child. Then I hope to take a further 3 months leave where we would share the care of the child. We would appreciate some evening help or weekend help so we can keep up our hobbies so we would either expect you to be the sole carer at these times or it would be shared.
We would be flexible on weekly schedule around your studies or plans for holidays/ travel home as I understand this arrangement needs to work for everyone (I used to be a live in nanny!)
It would be great if you have newborn experience and first aid training.
