Welcome Letter to the Au Pair
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced live-in Au Pair to join our family in Australia. The successful candidate will be outgoing, adventurous, positive, ambitious, and self-motivated, with a patient and responsible attitude.
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain a household and care for children.
Responsibilities:
Cooking for the children and occasional family dinner
General cleaning and tidying of the household daily
Maintaining children's washing, including bedding and school uniforms
Helping with children's activities, engaging with the children, and taking them on outings
Assisting with children's activities outside of school, such as swimming, gymnastics, and sports
Completing daily school preparation, including organizing and packing backpacks and making and packing lunches
Keeping your personal space tidy, washing sheets and towels, and maintaining personal hygiene
Requirements:
Proven experience in nannying, Au Pair, or similar to a host family/s for a minimum of 2 years with similar-aged children
Experienced driver with an international driver's license if coming to Australia from an international country
Must have lived out of ‘home’ for a minimum of three years
Must hold working with children certificate and first-aid qualifications
Proven experience general running/ maintaining a household
