Your main task is to support us in everyday family life and to be there for our two daughters. In concrete terms, this means:

Childcare:

Look after the baby mouse lovingly - she is curious, active and is just discovering the world!

Take the big one to kindergarten or pick her up (she loves being told stories and playing outside).
Play with the children, be creative, do crafts, read books or be active outside.
Accompany them in their daily routines, e.g. meals, naps or evening teeth brushing.

Important: I (Anna) will still be present because I am still breastfeeding the baby mouse. This means that you will often support me while I work at home. Sometimes you will come to the office, other days you will stay at home with the baby mouse. My goal is to spend half days in the office again - so we are looking for someone who is flexible and can integrate well into our everyday life.

Household support:

Light household tasks such as tidying up the kitchen, vacuuming, organizing the children's room or folding laundry.

Preparing simple, healthy meals - we love fresh food and would be happy if you enjoy cooking!
Doing the shopping or running small errands if necessary.

Driving services & flexibility:

Driving is important because you will occasionally take the eldest to or pick her up from kindergarten.
Doing small errands by car if necessary.
We value flexibility because our everyday life can sometimes be unpredictable due to the company.
