Welcome to our family! We’re so excited to have you join us here in beautiful Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. We’re a young, energetic military family of three—soon to be more! Our daughter is 1 year old, full of curiosity and joy, and she can’t wait to meet her new big sister and best friend.

As our au pair, you’ll quickly become a special part of our lives. We value open communication, trust, and shared laughter in our home. Your role is incredibly important to us—not just as a caregiver, but as a positive influence and companion for our children. We’ll always support you, listen to you, and treat you with the respect and kindness you deserve.

You’ll have your own cozy bedroom to relax and unwind, and you’ll share a girls-only bathroom with our daughter. You’ll also be welcome to use our family cars when they’re available, whether for errands or exploring the island in your free time.

Job Description

We’re a young, easygoing military family living in Oʻahu with one toddler (age 1) and plans to grow our family in the near future. We’re seeking a reliable, friendly, and nurturing caregiver who genuinely enjoys working with infants and young children.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

Warm, patient, and attentive to the needs of young children

Experienced with infants and toddlers (feeding, naps, playtime, etc.)

Punctual, dependable, and flexible with scheduling

Open to supporting occasional travel or outings

Comfortable working in a casual but respectful home environment

CPR/First Aid certified is a plus

Our au pair will have a private, fully furnished bedroom in our home and share a “girls only” bathroom with our toddler daughter/mom. The room includes a comfortable bed, closet space, and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. You’ll also have access to our family cars whenever they’re available for personal use, errands, or taking the kids on outings. Our home is warm, welcoming, and located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to beaches, shops, and military facilities. We treat our au pair like family and value open communication and mutual respect.
