Hi, we’re Jimmy and Jamie, and we’re excitedly awaiting the arrival of our first child in April! We’re thrilled to welcome a baby boy, whom we’ve already decided to name Jonah.

On weekdays, Jimmy heads to the office, while Jamie primarily works from home. We've heard wonderful stories from friends and family about their experiences with au pairs, and we’re eager to explore this journey ourselves. As working parents, we’re looking for someone who can not only help with childcare but also become a cherished member of our family.

We’re searching for an au pair who will seamlessly integrate into our family dynamic, assisting with our daily needs while embracing the opportunity to share and learn from each other’s cultures. For us, trust, comfort, and mutual respect are essential. We envision a relationship where we can rely on each other as partners in caring for Jonah.

Our ideal au pair is caring, respectful, reliable, and has experience with infants under one year old. Ensuring Jonah's safety and well-being is our top priority. While we understand the importance of your personal time, we invite you to join us for meals or outings if you wish, as we genuinely want you to feel like a part of our family. If we share similar tastes in food, we’d love to cook together sometimes! Jamie enjoys preparing various sauces and dishes and occasionally experimenting in the kitchen.

In terms of meals, we gravitate toward Asian-inspired cuisine but like to keep things health-conscious by cooking lean, lightly seasoned dishes, often complemented with flavorful dressings or dipping sauces. Of course, we occasionally indulge in other cuisines and less-than-healthy treats because balance is key!

As a couple, we have bright, cheerful, and outgoing personalities. While we stay busy, we also value moments of relaxation. We’re empathetic and approachable, so if you ever need to talk or share concerns, we’ll always be here to listen and support you.
When we’re not working, we enjoy a mix of activities, including going to the gym, catching up on TV and movies, dining out, and spending time with friends. Jimmy is also passionate about building his social media presence, and as a family, we love exploring everything Houston has to offer.

Houston is a vibrant city with an incredible foodie scene. On weekends, you might find us frequenting our favorite spots in Chinatown or venturing out to discover new restaurants and flavors. Beyond the food, Houston boasts a variety of attractions, such as theater performances, comedy clubs, museums, concerts, festivals, and major sporting events. If you enjoy indoor activities, there are arcades, mini-golf, and more. Outdoors, you’ll find parks and trails for leisurely strolls or a bit of adventure. The city’s shopping options range from luxury boutiques to thrift stores and everything in between. If you have hobbies or interests, we’d be happy to help you find local spots to enjoy them.
