Dear new friend,
I am single and live alone in the city of Houston, Texas, USA. I have an old house, but it is nice and I live close to the downtown of the city. My house is very close to three major universities: The University of Houston, Rice University, and Texas Southern University.
I am an accountant and I still work every day; however, I'm thinking about retiring this year. I play the piano and I usually go to church every Sunday morning. I would not force my religion upon you, but I would really like it if you would go to church with me sometimes.

I'm not really looking for a "caregiver," because I really don't need that now; but, I am looking for someone to help me live a healthy lifestyle, eat well and go to a gym and exercise. So the person I am looking for should be a male. You would have your own bedroom and your own private toilet and shower. Hopefully you would be my personal assistant. I am wanting to work towards becoming a minimalist and getting rid of things I've been collecting for many years. This would involve you helping me go through my things, sorting them out, throwing some things away, donating some of the things to agencies and perhaps you could help me sell some things on Ebay.

Also I need someone to manage repairs to my home, which mainly just means that you would help me monitor the workers to make sure they are doing the jobs that I am paying them to do.
