Welcome Letter to the Au Pair
With the recent passing of my mother, we are now a family of three. Paul Sr. (my father), myself Paul, and my life partner Craig. Currently, we do not have any pets, though are expecting to adopt two medium-large size dogs soon (possibly Fall).
Craig currently works from home and attends school. I am a health educator (flexible schedule with education events on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) and will be returning to school in the Fall. Paul Sr. is a 77-year-old, retired railroad mechanical engineer with dementia.
We are seeking a live-in solution to assist us in:
• 45-50 hours a week (occasional Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Ensure Dad’s safety while we are working and
• Light cooking/meal preparation
• Light housekeeping in common areas, Dad’s bedroom, shared bathroom
• Dad’s laundry
• Occasional accompaniment to medical appointments (Dentist, lab work)
