Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear Future Au Pair,

We are looking for a caring, creative, and adventurous au pair to join our family of four, and we would love to get to know you better to see if you’d be a great fit!

Our two children, love playing with dolls, crafting, and spending time outdoors. As part of our family, you’d take them to kindergarten in the morning, pick them up in the afternoon, and care for them at home when they’re under the weather. Light tidying after their activities is also part of the role.

We will support you with a language course, though basic German skills are essential for daily tasks.

We value a warm and communicative atmosphere and would love for you to feel like a member of our family. If you’re creative, love spending time with children, and are looking for a welcoming and active family to join, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Description

As our au pair, your main role would be to care for our children and support their daily routines. You would take the children to kindergarten in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon. Additionally, we would rely on you to care for them at home when they’re feeling under the weather with colds or coughs. Light tidying after the children’s activities and helping to keep their spaces organized will also be part of your role.

Basic German language skills are a must for this position to help with day-to-day tasks and communication, and we are happy to support you with a language course to further improve your skills.
