Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are a family of three: me (4 years old), my younger brother (2 years old) and Mami. I am the bigger boy in the profile picture.
Papi is currently in another country due to work and will only be home for short times once he is on vacation. This is also the reason Mami needs some help.
Mami is very "German", so she is very frank and says what she thinks. Not sure you have met other Germans, but that's how they usually roll. Sometimes that can be harsh or hurt feelings. Normally it is not meant like that though, and once you are around her, you will see she is a caring and lovely person.
My brother and I are half Hispanic (we speak German and English, our Spanish needs some help though). With some Latin blood, we are very lively and love music & dancing as well. We sometimes get frustrated with Mami about all her German-ness and rules, but we always talk it out and make up again.

Job Description

Usually Mami gets up in the morning and gets breakfast ready, then she wakes us up to eat and get ready for the day. Once everyone has pants on and is ready to leave (hopefully before 8am), we go to Kindergarten. There we eat, play and hopefully nap, before Mami picks us up around 4pm.
Once we get home we do something together and then have dinner, get ready for bed, reading a book and then off to dreamland.
Mami would appreciate some help in the evenings and on weekends watching the kids and with minor chores around the house. Mainly a second set of hands is needed and more importantly a second set of eyes because my brother and I are really fast and masters in hide and seek.

Accommodation

We recently moved to a house with garden. We have lots of plants, flowers and even five gold fishies in the garden. We really like to play outside.
The house needs renovation but everything is working, just not state-of-the-art and once there are some handyman it might get dirty and it might be a bit messy for a time, but hopefully it will be better afterwards.
We currently live in a little building next to the house, but you could have a room in the big house and we won't come disturb you during your free time.
We live in a "little", big city. It is not Shanghai or Singapore, but it offers some diversions and is well connected via train to other big cities. There's a bit English speaking community and plenty other nations represented.
We live close to nature and vineyards, as well as the city center. Our house is next to a bus stop / local train stop and you can even walk from here to the city center.
