Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear future Au pair or Nanny,

We are a family with three people in the house.
We have a 8-year old daughter, who is very very nice and listening.
We are both working in the day time, and we need a person to take care of our daughter (making breakfast, lunch box, sending her to school and picking up from school and go with her to swim class) the school is around 200-300 meters away from our house. The swimming center is around 4-5 kilometers from our house, there is a bus station outside our house to the swimming center.
We need you to clean our house when we are away to work, including tables, floor, bedding, clothes, dishes, etc. We also need you to cook dinner for us.

Our house is 5 kilometers away from the center, 4 kilometers away from the language school. Around 6 kilometers away from the train station.
