Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are a small family, a couple (he 42, German, she 36, Japanese) with a 3 months old baby. We are living in a suburb of the cosmopolitan / international type of city, Frankfurt am Main.
Our home is just 15 minutes by subway away from city center Frankfurt, and just 1 stop (3 minutes) from the international airport.
There is also supermarkets around the corner (5
minutes walking distance) and also a bus stop almost directly in front of our house.
There is a very good language school in Frankfurt, it’s where my wife learned German.
We would love to have a Japanese Au Pair as our son should hear the language more often and also we love to have a bit more Japanese influence for him.

Job Description

So the main job is actually taking care of our son while we have to work during the main business hours (usually between 8 am to 6 pm). As we both work from home 95% of the time, we are still there for questions and also will enjoy some time with our son here and there, but due to work only limited.
So as our son is still young and needs some good stimulus to develop, we also search for an Au Pair that will play with him and teach him new things.
Also one main skill that the Au Pair needs is to be fluent in Japanese and English. Japanese so Kenzo gets more used to people speaking around him Japanese and English as it’s our main language on every day bases.

Accommodation

So our accommodation for the Au Pair would be a seperate room (about 25 square meters / about 270 sqft) and also the Au Pair would have a separate bathroom with own shower and toilet.
Our house in general has 3 floors, lowest is living area and kitchen, both can also be used anytime. 2nd floor is parents work desks and parents bathroom. 3rd floor is parents sleeping room and the separate Au Pair sleeping room and bathroom.
Also we have a nice garden to hang out when it’s warm and have some barbecue
