Work abroad in Laura's family for 6-24 Months starting from Oct 2025 as an Au Pair and Nanny to take care of 3 children of 0 - 1 year old & 1 - 5 years old in Kihei, Hawaii USA

Aloha!

We are Tyler and Laura and we have 3 children ages 4, 2 and 1. We currently have 2 au pairs to help with our kids and busy schedules! One of our au pairs will be finishing up her one year term with us and going home so we are looking for a new au pair in the next few months. Our current au pairs help us with all aspects of daily life with our 3 kids. This includes caring for our baby (feeding, bathing, changing diapers, naps), watching our two toddler girls and assisting with their needs (feeding, bathing, dressing, play time, driving to outings and school, going to the park and beaches and more). They also assist with things around the home such as cooking/meal prep, cleaning up after the kids, laundry and other light housework. Our au pairs share most meals with us, come on outings with us and our kids, travel with us and are like a member of our family. We provide a separate living space like an in law suite that is shared between the two au pairs.

We are located in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. Our home in Maui is a 5 minute walk to the beach. In the summer months June through August we will be in Washington state at our summer house which is right on the beach. Our summer home is located in a very small town right near the Canadian border. We have family who live in Canada and also spend time in Canada visiting them. We love having the best of both worlds living in Hawaii and spending summers in the Pacific Northwest.

We prefer not to work with au pair agencies as we have had great success in the past without using them.
