Work abroad in Simone's family for 1-2 Months starting from Jun 2025 as an Au Pair to take care of 3 children of 1 - 5 years old & 6 - 10 years old in Korpilahti, Central Finland Finland

Hello!

We are a family with three lively boys who are trilingual. The mother speaks Swiss German, the father speaks Finnish, and together we mostly communicate in English, sometimes in a mix of everything.

The younger children do not yet understand English very well, as we don’t often speak English with them. This is where we hope for your support! The younger 2 boys will likely respond to you in Finnish, so there will be some language learning on all sides – probably for us parents as well! ☺️

We live in a lovely little village right by a public beach. You can explore the lake with a stand-up paddleboard or rowing boat. A bicycle is also available, and you can take the bus to Jyväskylä for language courses or leisure activities. We are located 25 km from Jyväskylä, the nearest larger city.

The Swiss grandmother also lives in the village and is visited by us almost every day.

Although our house isn’t big, you will have your own room and bathroom on the middle floor.
