I’m currently looking for nannies and home helpers who are interested in working in Ukraine — either as live-in caregivers or au pairs. I help connect caring, responsible women with good families in Ukraine who need assistance with children and some light household tasks.

The primary responsibility is childcare, but we also welcome candidates who are open to supporting the family in other ways — such as light housework, helping around the home, or assisting the woman of the house with daily routines. Think of it as being a trusted helper or house-sitter, someone who becomes part of the home in a respectful and appreciated way.

Hello!

We’re Lyudmila and Alex, a Ukrainian family currently looking for a warm, reliable au pair to join us and help care for our little son, Pavlo.

Your role would be an important part of our daily life. The main focus will be looking after Pavlo — playing with him, helping with feeding and bathing, keeping him safe, and supporting his early development. At the same time, we would also appreciate light help around the house — things like simple cooking, tidying up, and lending a hand to Lyudmila during the day.

Sometimes we might need you to accompany us on outings — to the doctor, for example — just to have an extra pair of helping hands.

We truly see this as a shared experience, where your presence helps our home run smoothly and where you feel welcomed and appreciated as part of our family.
