Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi everyone,

We are a family located in Southern California in the city of San Diego. San Diego is a beautiful city with wonderful weather all year round. We live 10 min from the beach and love it here. The reason we are looking for an au pair is because my husband will be away for work for a year and I was hoping to find someone to be a second helping hand during that period as I work full time.

Job Description

My daughter will usually be in daycare Monday through Friday but I was hoping to have someone who can help in the mornings, evenings, weekends, and days schools are not in session so things run more smoothly. I will usually always be around but sometimes it's hard to keep up with a toddler by myself.

You will most likely do pick up and drop off so having a drivers license would make things easier. I also travel sometimes for work so I might ask you to come with me as I will bring my daughter.

I also want her to become more multi-lingual and hope to find someone who will speak Japanese to her, but I am open to other languages as well.

We hope to find someone who is kind and becomes a part of our family and we still keep in touch even after this experience.
