Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are a married couple with 2 boys (2 years and almost 4 years).

We have a house with a garden and a dog in south of Portugal near Faro/Vilamoura. We are looking for an au pair to live with us and help us with the baby and the household chores.

The au pair has her own appartment with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

We really like going out for walks in the mountains or beach and doing family activities.

We speak fluently french, english and our boys understand very well portuguese.

We love animals. We have a very big land with 3 dogs and in a part there is chicken.

We are looking for someone flexible, easygoing, discreet, and cheerful, someone who enjoys children's development and participating in their growth.
We don't want someone who is there only to watch our child, be on their phone, and put them in front of the television. We are looking for someone who wants to participate in their life, teach them how to cook, answer their questions, read them stories, play board games, or participate in outdoor activities.
There will be some housework, as the house must be kept clean and functional.
