Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Greetings! We are an Italian-German family made up of me, my wife Daniela and my two children, Olimpia and Hector. We are looking for a smart person to relieve some stress due to lack of time and/or bi-/multilocation powers.
We live in a small town in the mountains called Leoben in Austria, about 40 km north of Graz. In particular, our house is not far from the center (10 min by bike), 5 minutes from the first bus stop and about ten from the train station. There is a language course center directly in Leoben, and others in neighboring villages.

Job Description

Typically, my wife and I work from early morning (8:00), until late afternoon (5:00). It's often a race against time to take the children to school in the morning and bring them home in the afternoon. Therefore, we are looking for a person who can support us in these two periods during the day, or in case we finish work later than expected.
We are also looking for a native Italian speaker to encourage our children (and my wife) to practice this language more often. Olimpia speaks German and a little Italian, while Hector mainly speaks German, but both understand the Italian language.

Accommodation

Our house is spacious and welcoming. There is a room dedicated to the Au Pair with a double bed, and a bathroom separate from the one used most often by the family.
The room is equipped with WiFi connection and in the cellar there is a washing machine and dryer. For the study, in the dining room and living room there are two spacious tables.
