Dear future au pair,

We are so excited to welcome you into our family! We are an Irish-Spanish family living in Logroño, a beautiful and lively city in the north of Spain. Our home is right in the city centre, close to shops, cafés, parks, and playgrounds — everything is within walking distance. There are also bus stops and a train station nearby, making weekend trips easy if you’d like to explore more of Spain.

We’re a relaxed, friendly family who love spending time together, enjoying nature, books, and play. Our children (ages 9, 7, and 4) are full of energy and fun, and we look forward to welcoming someone who will become part of our daily life and memories.

Job Description

We are looking for an au pair from mid-July or August 2025 to June 2026. The main responsibility is caring for the children Monday to Thursday from 2pm to 8pm, including school pick-up, extra-curriculars, and preparing their bedtime snack. You will also be asked to do babysitting one evening every other weekend, aside from this babysitting, you will be free Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays to enjoy time with friends and explore the region.

We’d love someone who genuinely enjoys being around children, is kind, responsible, and ready to speak English/Spanish with them in a fun and engaging way.
