Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

WE HAVE ALREADY FOUND OUR AU PAIR FOR SEPTEMBER 2024!!

Hello! We are and English / Spanish family in North London (25 minutes from the centre by tube) and we are looking for an au pair to join our family from September / October 2024 until February 2025 (it could also be until Christmas 2024).

We would like someone from Spain who can help our two children aged 12 and 9 with their Spanish.

Ellie is a native English speaker so you would always speak in English with her, and often also with the children. We have a language school that our other au pairs have used which we can recommend.

Job Description

Miguel is a musician and so is away regularly. Ellie needs help with the children and the breakfast in the mornings until 8.30am and then after school from Monday - Friday. Occasional evening babysitting but completely free from 8.30am - 3.30pm weekdays and all day at the weekend.

Working hours are a maximum of 30 hours per week, usually less.

Duties would include looking after the children end supervising homework and taking them to tennis or Spanish classes once a week after school (both close walking distance to home), and light housework including help with breakfast in the morning, cooking on weekday evenings and also the washing. We have a cleaner so no cleaning needed.
