Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello! We are a family of 5 relocating from London to Abu Dhabi. We will have 2 children moving with us and one child will only come for holidays as he will board in the UK.
Primary care will be for 2 boys aged 5 and 11. They are full time at school and also have extra curriculum activities - some at school and some elsewhere. I need an au pair, preferably native English speaker + confident speaker of any other European language (so able to speak this language with children) to cover after school hours /driving them to activities/help with homework etc (quite standard list of responsibilities), feeding them, prepping for next day at school, organising play dates/fun outings etc. The au pair needs to be very structured and organised and have a genuine interest in children. Teaching background is a plus.
Au pair will have all food/utilities/accommodation/standard medical insurance covered, and all other benefits upon agreement, but I'm flexible for a right person.
Due to my extensive travel, the position requires being able to be in sole charge of the children while I'm away. We want to start in September 2025, however can have the person with us during summer holidays in South of France as well in order to get used to each other.
