Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear Prospective Au Pair,

We are the family, a warm, welcoming, and dynamic household in Mill Hill, London, searching for an au pair to join us for three months as soon as possible. If you are kind, proactive, and excited about being part of a fun-loving family, we’d love to meet you!

We are a family of five: myself (Emily), a passionate business consultant; my husband (Jonathan), a dedicated marketing executive; and our three wonderful children – Levi (8), Nili (7), and Mia (2.5).

> Levi is bright and sensitive, with a love for chess and sports.
> Nili is creative and imaginative, always crafting something new.
> Mia, our youngest, is full of curiosity and joy.

Our home is a spacious and cozy semi-detached house, just a short walk from Mill Hill Broadway, with great access to parks, shops, and transport links. You'll have a private bedroom in our home, sharing a bathroom with the children.

What to Expect
Our days are a balance of structure and fun! Mornings involve getting ready for school, while afternoons are for playtime, school runs, and creative activities. We love spending quality time together—whether it’s reading stories, cooking, or exploring the outdoors. On weekends, we enjoy family outings, museums, nature walks, and occasional adventures outside of London.

We are looking for someone who is:
✅ Warm and caring with children
✅ Responsible and proactive
✅ Excited about cultural exchange
✅ Happy to help with light childcare-related tasks (e.g., school runs, organizing toys, kids' laundry, meal prep)

Why You'll Love Being With Us
We know that joining a new family in a different country is a big step. We will support you in settling in, introduce you to local places, and help you feel at home. We want you to enjoy London, make friends, and feel like an extended part of our family!

If you are available to start immediately and would like to be part of our journey, we can’t wait to hear from you!

Warm regards,
Emily & Jonathan
