We are a family of five: myself, a passionate business consultant; my husband, a dedicated marketing executive; and our three wonderful children – Levi (7), Nili (6), and Mia (2).

Levi, our eldest, is a bright and sensitive boy with a love for chess and sports. Nili, our imaginative middle child, adores arts and crafts and excels in creative play. Mia, our youngest, is a bundle of joy, curious and loving, embracing life with open arms. Our children are independent and proactive, learning to do things for themselves with a bit of encouragement, embodying the values of empowerment and self-sufficiency we cherish.

Our home is a spacious semi-detached house located conveniently near Mill Hill Broadway, with easy access to local schools, parks, and transportation. The au pair will have a private room in our home, sharing a bathroom with the children, providing a comfortable and personal space.

Our daily routine involves quality family time, especially during breakfast, school runs, and evening activities like homework, dinner, and storytime. Weekends are for family adventures, whether it's visiting museums, exploring parks, or simply enjoying each other's company.

As for sports and recreation, our neighborhood offers parks with outdoor workout areas, tennis courts, a nearby gym, and a swimming pool. Our family values an active lifestyle, with interests ranging from hiking and camping to chess and charades.

Job Description

We're looking for an au pair who is warm, proactive, and ready to be an integral part of our family's daily life. Key qualities we value are empathy, engagement in childcare activities, and the ability to encourage and foster independence in our children, Levi, Nili, and Mia.

Practical tasks include:

Assisting with morning routines and preparing the children for school.
Engaging in educational and creative play.
Helping with homework and supporting their learning.
Managing light household duties related to the children, like organizing their rooms and laundry (and cooking if possible).
Picking up children from school and taking them to activities.
Babysitting once or twice a week to support our occasional outings.

We're also looking for someone adaptable, able to blend into our family's mix of routines and spontaneous activities, and interested in a cultural exchange.
