Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We live in Central London (Fulham) which is a quiet residential area and lots of nice parks/pubs/bars. We are looking for an au-pair to start in August as the current one, sadly, is leaving to pursue her studies.

Our home: 3 bedroom 2 toilets apartment with river view. Balcony with table and chairs. Communal indoor swimming pool and sauna in the complex.

Au Pair has access to her own normal bicycle

Job Description

Our au pair will have to take Nicolo' and Noemi to school in the morning and pick them up after school and take them to afternoon activities if they have any.
Nicolo' and Noemi go to school 9am-3pm.
Matteo & Cara are back home 5:30pm/6pm but Mondays and Fridays are usually lighter as Cara works from home and does the pick ups.
We would love for some help with very light house cleaning and laundry and meals preparation.
If we needed her to baby sit at night (and only if the au pair is keen/available), we would pay the extra hours on top of the usual pocket money, which we pay in advance every month even if away for holidays.
