Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello!

I am a mom of three generally very sweet kids - Rosie (3), Dean and Demetri (8) and I live in sunny California just south of San Francisco about 30 minutes from the beach in the beautiful town of Los Gatos. My kids are active, love sports, art, reading and exploring. They attend school/preschool full-time but I am a newly single mom and work full time and need some help managing getting the kids to their activities, the occasional sick day and just generally helping to keep the ship afloat.

Job Description

I am looking for help in the afternoons to get kids to activities that start before my work day ends and help between end of school and bedtime with kids homework, supervision, and getting kids to bed. Household duties would include some tidying and laundry for kids but, ideally teaching the kids to do more pick up after themselves. On weekends, I would be looking for one day of assistance but would provide one full weekend off a month. Hours would be roughly 35-40 hours per week.
