Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello, me (42m) and my wife (35f) coordinate care for my father (79m), who lives in a section of our house. He had a stroke about 7 years ago, with some sort of additional parkinsonian dementia. But thankfully he has stabilized and is slowly recovering from the stroke. He still needs help walking, bathing, toileting, changing, etc. He is only slightly mobile. We have another section of the house available for any live-in caretaker. It is a big house. Or we could explore other nearby housing arrangements at low cost if it was preferred. We do live in the country, and it is almost an hour to nearby cities of Rochester, Buffalo, or Niagara. We would support use of a car to a licensed driver. I guess most importantly, we are looking for someone who would enjoy spending time with both my wife and I while assisting with the needs of my father in our home. We are caring and supportive people, enjoy doing outdoor things on our property, and like to travel when we can. We have a dog that lives outside and on our covered porch, a cat that used to be a barn cat but has adopted us and now lives mainly on my father’s side, and a few sheep in one of our barns on the property
