Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello all!
We are an Italian family of three: Carlo, Chiara and little Margherita (3 months old).
We live in the northern Italy, close to Milan and Como, in a small city call Mariano Comense.
Mariano Comense is strategically placed in a green area, 20 min by car from Como and the lake and 40 min to the centre of Milan by train. We live in an independent house in the city centre (100 mt from the train station) with a big garden where we love to spend our time.
We offer an independent accomodation for the Au Pair next to the main house with a bedroom, bathroom and a small living area, ensuring a good balance between independence and shared family life.

Job Description

We are looking for an au Pair to take care of little Margherita, who is going to be 7 months old, when Chiara will come back to work in October 2025.
we are looking for a girl who can take care of Margherita few hours a day (approx. 4 hours per day) while Chiara is working. She won't be alone in taking care of Margherita as the grandmothers are here to help.
We'd love the girl to speak in english with Margherita and spend quality time with her (go for a walk, playing in the garden, have lunch/dinner with her etc.).
Not often it could be required to take care of Margherita in the evenings if we are going out, but that's an expection.
We are open to accomodate any request and find a good balance :)
