Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi,
Welcome to our home. We are a very close-knit family of 3 women, including our grandmother. She is 88 years old, and currently, we take care of her. We are looking to hire an Aupair to help with her care such as bathing and dressing, cheer her up, companionship around the clock during your work hours, and bring laughter and fun at home. Our house is a short walk away from the central shopping area called Consumer Square in Mays Landing. You can google it. We live a walking distance of the Hamilton mall; again, you can google it. We are also 25 mins away from the beach if you catch the bus near our home. Our home is conveniently located to all the shopping and nail desires you may have. We will give you hours of work and time off. We will assist you to enjoy your time and help us to take care of grandma. We work in healthcare, and we have access to immediate things needed for grandma, and we are also active in her care.

Job Description

We need someone who knows how to take care of a sick and weak older adult. Someone who is patient with her and works with her politely with gentleness and care. We also need someone who is willing to update us on her condition and watches her closely. For example, if you notice her twitching, we need to know that. If she is complaining about pain or something or something is bothering her on her leg, we need to know immediately. Basically, we need someone attentive and alert. Also, we have her medicine scheduled, and her sleep also varies. So we need someone who can enjoy herself with an older person and pay great attention. We also need someone who can get along with others and stays away from causing any negativity. Someone who is highly focused on their own job and advancement versus someone who is highly focused on people-pleasing. We don't appreciate people-pleasing, as we prefer an authentic, outspoken person who states their needs and issues with us clearly.
