Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello,
My name is Julie and my husband is Ben. We have three children - Zachary is almost 8, Parker is almost 6 and Lea is 3.5 years old.
I am French and my husband is American so we speak in English while Ben is home but would like to mainly speak in French when he is not home so the kids can keep on learning French. The kids understand French and are getting much better at speaking it thanks to our au pair! :)

We live in Miami, Florida and are centrally located near downtown Miami and easy access to bus and metro mover (but public transportation isn’t as good as in Europe!). We live in a 4 bedroom/ 3 bath home with a pool. We do not have any pets although we love them.
We are looking for help for before and after school care to take the kids to activities and play with them. The kids are kind, fun and energetic. They enjoy bike riding, swimming, playing "chase" and hide-and-seek, and just having fun. The three of them get along for the most part. :)
During the weekend, we enjoy taking the kids to soccer practice, go for a run/ bike ride, paddle board, or play on the beach, and having friends over.

We are looking for a kind, easy going, fun, and most importantly serious/ safe au pair to help take care of our kids.

Job Description

The job includes helping get the kids ready in the morning (mostly if Ben is travelling and I have early meetings), driving the the kids to school in the morning. The kids will be in school from 8:30 to about 3:30. You would need to pick up the kids from school and either play with them and/ or take them to the playground or activities (soccer/ swimming/ etc). I finish work around 5:30/6:00 and I work from home. I would appreciate some help getting dinner ready or supervising the kids while I make dinner or vice versa if Ben is travelling.
We might ask for some help here and there during the weekend but it will not be frequent and not a full day (most likely while we go out to dinner with friends or if Ben travels and the kids have different activities to go to).

Accommodation

Private room. Bathroom will most likely be yours with occasional use by the kids. The room is located at the front of the house so it would be easy for you to come and go as you please.
You will have access to the family car. I work from home so we can coordinate usage as needed.
