Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello,
We live in Miami, in Kendall, walking distance to Dadeland Mall and its train station that I use also to go to work. With the train and buses you can get everywhere if you dont lease a car.
Our twin girls are only 3 so we only know of some toddler schools nearby, so about english or other adult schools near our home, we arent very familiar. Considering its a very nice neighbourhood, just a couple blocks away from another beautiful area called Pinecrest, there are for sure very nice schools.
Nice malls are also close, restaurants and other services that we even go walking or in scooter or bycicle.
We are both from Uruguay and Argentina, our twins born in the US. Speak both fluent english and spanish although at home we speak in spanish among us.

Job Description

Experience taking care of babies is an added value.
Experience with special needs children is also, of course, of added value. Although anyone can learn with good will and care.
Helping with housekeeping such as cleaning or keeping the house with a common sense order, is important because we both work and we return home with the twins the house should be ready to funcion and not with lack of order etc as we may leave it when we leave early in the morning... as we may leave running with the twins with so many things to remember and do, that we cant leave it perfect in the morning.
Its in the best interest for all to keep the house pristine and everything in its place so life can flow without problem for anyone.
