Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We are a couple of doctors with two children, aged 4 and 2. We are currently in England for a six-month period. We will return to Italy in September, and we would like our children to maintain their English language skills and remain open to cultural exchange.
We live in Milan in a community where eight families and some Jesuit fathers share a lifestyle of community and conviviality.
The community is located in a villa with a large park in the Villapizzone neighborhood, on the north-west outskirts of Milan. It is served by a tram that takes about 30 minutes to reach the city center, as well as by the "Passante," a faster suburban train.
We look forward to welcoming someone who would enjoy spending some time with us!

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can take the children to school every morning (approximately from 7:30 to 9:00) and pick them up in the afternoon once or twice a week (approximately from 15:30 to 18:00).
The school is about a 20-minute walk from our home or 4 stops by tram.
Occasionally, we might ask for help looking after the children in the evening.
