Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear futur aupair,

we are a French family of 4, living in Milan.
We had an amazing Aupair experience in the past when we were living in Paris and we hope to replicate here in Milan.
We unfortunately do not have an extra room in our apartment but we have a newly refurbished studio flat not very far where our Aupair could be very independent.

Job Description

Every day, the kids go to school by bike and they finish at 15h40.
The work consists of picking them up at the end of school and bringing them to their activities which are always walking distance from school or from our apartment.
When you get home after the activities or the park, you'll have to remind them to do their homework, help them if necessary, tell them to take their shower and to get ready in their pjs and prepare their dinner.

Our kids are super social and they will welcome you without hesitation, you'll become part of the family. They have their character though so we need someone who doesn't just accompany them and cooks for them but who actually manages them to make sure they do what they're meant to do and that they go to bed on time.

They are full of energy and being two, it takes someone who knows how to impose him/herself and give everyone the right amount of time.

We are looking for someone serious, organised, tidy and also independent.

Accommodation

For the Aupair, we have a brand new studio flat available for him/her to be independent; It is not very far away and it's in a lively area of Milan.
Of course there will also be our apartment available to come when he/she wants and we can have dinner together anytime, unless he/she wants to eat with the kids to go out after they go to bed.
In any case, we can discuss together.
