Unfortunately, our current au pair has unexpectedly decided at short notice to move to the USA with her partner for work and no longer live with us. We are therefore looking for a very spontaneous person who wants to become part of our family in the next few weeks and months! The sooner the better ;)

We are a colorful family of five and live in a small village near Innsbruck in beautiful Tyrol. Our daughter Mia is 4 years old, very lively and interested in people. Our newest addition is little twins, Ben and Tim, who have been with us since February last year (after a long stay in hospital, they have finally been home since June 2024 because they were unfortunately born much too early). At the moment, however, they are doing very well and are becoming more and more mobile and are taking a more active part in family life. Since we now have 3 small children at home, we would be very happy to receive loving support!! We value needs-oriented upbringing on an equal footing with the children.

My husband Tobias and I (Sarah) have traveled a lot around the world and have been able to get to know many cultures and people, and have often been able to live in someone's home. That's why we really like the idea of ​​bringing another culture to our children :)

Adequate knowledge of German (B1) is important to us, if possible, because otherwise it is unfortunately difficult to communicate with our daughter. If the English level is high enough, that's fine for us too. Primarily, we need someone at off-peak times to help us juggle our normal everyday life with 3 children. I (Sarah) am still at home until November, Tobias goes to work 4 days a week, Mia has been in kindergarten since September. So it will rarely happen that you have to look after 3 children alone at the same time, it will more likely be together or just "some of the children".

We look forward to serious inquiries to get to know you and, above all, to maybe even take you in as part of our family for a while :-)

Please only get in touch if you are seriously interested, especially for the care and help with the babies! And please, please communicate all worries and doubts or changes in your life (new partnership, illness, etc.) openly with us and, above all, promptly, so that we can find a solution together. We are very open people and need a certain amount of honesty on your part too so that living together can work. In our current situation, we need a certain amount of planning security and can hardly compensate for an acute termination like the one we are currently experiencing. Therefore, if you don't like it here or other unforeseeable things happen (which happen in life), we would ask you to stay with us until we have found adequate replacement and support.
