We’re a pretty laid-back bunch, and our lifestyle is simple and low-key, which we hope you’ll find comfortable and easy to settle into.

Our days usually follow a calm rhythm. Mornings start with a quiet breakfast—nothing fancy, just coffee or tea for us and maybe some cereal or toast for the kids. We’re not big on rushing around, so we like to ease into the day. The kids usually head off to school, and during that time, my partner and I might work from home or take care of things around the house. We’d love for you to help out with light stuff like getting the kids ready or packing their lunches—nothing too complicated.

When everyone’s home in the afternoons, we keep things relaxed. The kids might play outside in the yard or read, and we often just hang out together—maybe chatting or watching a movie. We’re not the type to overschedule or run from one activity to another. Dinner’s a simple affair too—think pasta, grilled chicken, or something easy we can throw together. We’d be happy to have you join us at the table, and if you like cooking, we’d love to try some of your favorite recipes!

Weekends are just as mellow. We might take a walk at a nearby park, visit the library, or just potter around the house. We don’t do big outings or extravagant plans very often—our idea of fun is more about enjoying the little things, like a cozy night in or a picnic if the weather’s nice. The kids are pretty independent, but they’d enjoy having you around to play a game or help with a craft.

Our home reflects this vibe too—it’s comfortable and functional, not fussy or full of frills. We keep things tidy but don’t stress about perfection. We just want you to feel at ease here, like part of the family, without any pressure to keep up with a hectic pace.
