Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

My husband and I would love to welcome a Japanese au pair into our
home.

We have two daughters (3 and 5 years old). Our youngest, Lily, is in kindergarten 4 days per week and our 5 year old, Edie, is in school 5 days per week. I work from home 3 days per week (I don’t work fridays).
We both love traveling in Japan and my husband loved being an exchange student there (has intermediate Japanese language skills).

Our current Japanese Au Pair is going home in march and we are looking for another Japanese au pair to continue to introduce the girls to Japanese culture and language. We have enjoyed showing our au pairs around the beautiful Mornington Peninsula and around Melbourne.

We live in a nice house in Mount Eliza (pool and tennis court) and are accessible both to the
city or the beauty of the Mornington peninsula. Our future au pair would have a nice room off of our second living room and the use of their own bathroom (and our other family bathroom and powder room).

She would also have access to a car, great wifi, a sim card etc.

Job Description

We are looking for a full au pair (30 hours) to help with the getting the girls ready for and to and from care.
Mondays - thursdays the role is mostly focussed on getting the girls from school and getting them to activities.

Our au pair has the nicest bedroom with an outlook to a garden and a japanese maple tree. She also has the use of her own bathroom.
We have wifi, cook nice meals and often provide a glass of matched wine.
