Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi,

We are an Australian family that are coming to live in Bern from August to December. We are both medical professionals and will be working from time to time at Inselpital Bern.

We have 3 children who will be living with us ages, 10, 8 and 5. 2 girls and a boy. We would love to have your help while we are there to have an intercultural experience for our family and you.

Job Description

The job will involve primarily looking after the children, keeping them entertained and helping with their homework.

The 2 older children will need to be supervised with their homework - they will be following the school curriculum from Australia while in Switzerland and will need help with simple maths and english.

The youngest one - 5 yr old will need activities, excursions (if possible) and play + reading time during your care.

Simple household tasks such as laundry/folding/simple meal preparation for the children and cleaning/tidying after the children is a must.
