What I Need:

Help with the kids starting at 3:25 pm, when they need to be picked up from preschool. From there, I need support for about 2 to 4 hours per day — typically until 5:25 pm, sometimes until 6:25 or 7:25 pm. This schedule is flexible depending on the day.

Occasionally, I may also need help during the weekend, for example on a Saturday morning (9:00–12:00) or in the late afternoon (4:00–8:00), but we will plan these times together in advance.

I rarely go out in the evenings, but if I do, I might ask for help with the kids during those moments.

I usually cook for the family. There will always be food available or prepared. Our diet at home is mostly plant-based (we don’t eat meat or fish), but if you are not vegan or vegetarian, we can discuss practical arrangements — we just don’t usually buy or cook meat at home.

We do not allow screen time for the children. There is no TV in the house, and we avoid tablets and phones. We do have Netflix, mostly for adult use.

I’m looking for someone who believes in children’s autonomy. My kids are encouraged to clean up after themselves, help in the kitchen, throw away trash, make their beds, and participate in small everyday tasks. I value a respectful, non-violent, and empowering approach to childcare.
