Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello :-)
We are a family of 3, mum 32 years, dad 42 years, and a Little 19 month old boy and our mini cockapoo dog. We have a sweet, healthy little boy who brings joy to everyone around him. He is fully sleep trained and has set routines that he is used to. As he is 19 month we feel the time is now right for the first time to welcome a similar minded person to help our family. We live in a lovely newly renovated Estate House/Chateau on the British countryside. It's a beautiful and peaceful environment about 10 min drive from a Village with shops, cafés, restaurants, language school, supermarkets, train station with links to London. The closest bustation is 14 min walk from our house/1 min drive.

We are looking for someone with a good level of experience, either nanny work, child education or private experience of looking after babies/children to help us day to day with him and around the house with laundry & light domestic work. Would be great with someone who has some competence in the kitchen/cooking.

You will have your own renovated 2 bed bungalow apartment about 100sqm with your own kitchen, bathroom, living room and fireplace. We have WIFI around the whole estate. We are very clean people and our house and cottage is well organised, we are looking for someone who appreciate this and is used to a similar environment.
