Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello! We are looking for an au pair to join our family of four. We have two boys ages 3.5 years old and 14 months. Our 3.5-year-old attends preschool on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Both parents work full-time either from home or from the office. We are looking for someone who has had experience watching a 14-month-old (diapering, bottles, making food, feeding, playing, etc.). Our 3.5-year-old talks very well and can explain what he wants or needs. Both boys are loving and kind.
