Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello!

I am very happy and looking forward to meeting you. I am also a returnee from studying in the United States, South Korea, and Hong Kong, and I have a certain understanding and tolerance for different cultures abroad. Our two children are also very eager to communicate with friends from different cultures and learn languages. I usually take my two daughters with me in Shanghai at home, and their fathers come over to accompany them on weekends. We are a very open and inclusive family, hoping to have a collision of ideas with you.

Job Description

We are looking for a native English speaker and it would be helpful if our au pair can speak some French or Spanish, as our daughters are interested in learning more languages.

We hope our au pair can join us for activities at least three times a month.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being with children, understands international school courses, and can provide guidance and tutoring.

Because of cultural differences, it's important for us to communicate in advance and regularly to understand and appreciate each other better.

Our four-bedroom home is in a secure compound with a private gym. The au pair would have a separate bedroom and bathroom. We have a housekeeper who helps with chores and cooking, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
