Job Responsibilities:
• Personal Care & Well-Being: Assist with light grooming, including helping with hair and nails, to ensure she feels her best.
• Household Support: Maintain a clean and tidy home by handling routine housekeeping and laundry.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare three healthy, low-sodium meals per day, with breakfast served at 8 AM and the last meal by 3 PM.
• Errands & Transportation: Drive her car to pick up groceries, medications, and other essentials when needed.
• Appointments & Outings: Provide transportation in her vehicle to doctor’s appointments and planned activities, such as weekly trips to the beach.
• Mobility & Exercise Assistance: Support her with simple at-home exercises once a day (15 minutes per session) to help maintain and improve mobility.
