Thank you so much for your interest in joining our family this summer! We’re a warm, active family with two daughters, ages 6 and 8, and we’re looking for someone caring, responsible, and fun-loving to help care for them.

For the first part of the summer, we’ll be in the Upper East Side of New York City. You’ll have your own private bedroom here, along with a half bathroom dedicated for your use. In early July, we’ll move to our home in Lyme, Connecticut. There, you’ll also have a private bedroom but with a full bathroom, giving you plenty of space and privacy.

Our girls will be in day camp for most of the summer, so your main responsibilities would include:

Drop-off and pick-up from camp.
Taking them to playdates and outings (parks, pool, beach).
Helping them with post-camp routines (snacks, relaxation time, any light tidying).
In addition to these childcare duties, we’d love someone who can create a positive, engaging environment—maybe by planning crafts or reading time, and generally being a kind companion to our children. We value open communication and want you to feel comfortable sharing any questions, concerns, or ideas.
