We are a warm, well-educated, and well-connected family looking for the right person to join us as a nanny for our beloved baby boy, Zizou who was born in October 2024. About Us:

I am a Lawyer at the Supreme Court, and my wife is a top professional at Amazon. We come from a family of retired bureaucrats and have strong connections that can help with most needs of the person joining us as family. Education is highly valued in our household, and if you are interested, we can teach Hindi or even arrange formal language classes.

Where You’ll Be Living & Traveling:

We offer the best of both worlds. Our main home is in the heart of New Delhi, close to everything the city has to offer, but we also spend time at our beautiful farmhouse overlooking a lake in the Himalayas, Uttarakhand. You will have the opportunity to travel with us, explore new places, and meet people while being part of an enriching and dynamic environment.

What We Are Looking For:

Our top priority is Zizou’s well-being, and we need a nanny who will care for him with love, patience, and the highest standards of hygiene. We require:
• Extreme hygiene: Washing hands with soap every time before handling the baby.
• No makeup, perfume, or painted/long nails when interacting with Zizou.
• Commitment to sleep training and gentle but firm caregiving.
• A loving and caring nature—someone who will treat Zizou like their own.
• Openness to receiving instructions and respecting our parenting choices—we have certain beliefs about child training, and we expect the nanny to follow our approach, even if it differs from their own views.

• We live in city centers in both New Delhi and Nainital, Uttarakhand, offering plenty of options to shop, explore, and enjoy your surroundings.
• Schools and educational institutions are close by, and we can arrange home classes if needed.

Role & Expectations for the Nanny

The person joining us will play a crucial role in caring for and nurturing Zizou, our baby, who is our top priority. We are looking for someone who will love and care for him like family while ensuring his safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Caring for Zizou’s daily needs—feeding, burping, diaper changes, and comforting him when needed.
• Sleep training—following our approach to help Zizou establish healthy sleep habits.
• Maintaining extreme hygiene—washing hands with soap before handling the baby, keeping his surroundings clean, and following our hygiene protocols.
• Engaging with him in a loving and interactive way to support his growth and development.
• Being patient and attentive to his cues, as he has a mix of calm and playful moods.
• Following our parenting approach—we expect openness to receiving instructions and respect for our choices regarding child-rearing.

What We Expect:
• Extremely hygienic practices (no makeup, perfume, or painted/long nails while handling Zizou).
• A calm, loving, and patient demeanor—someone who genuinely enjoys caring for infants.
