Work abroad in Aaron's family for 8-12 Months starting from Aug 2022 as an Au Pair and Live-in Tutor to take care of 1 children of 15+ years old in NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas USA

We would like someone who can help keep our child on-task while they attend online school. Luco has displayed difficulty staying motivated in completing school work and attending school in the virtual setting. An issue that we have had in the past is Luco making excuses for not wanting to learn the material, refusing to do the work (turning in blank assignments), and attempting to excuse not doing the work or asking for help with "I don't want to burden you". Essentially she needs to be caught being off-track in order to be put back on-track. This Should take place Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 3 pm (0830 - 1500).

In regards to math tutoring, she should have a teacher's aide assigned to assist her during her math lesson. She should not need someone to teach her the concepts, maybe someone to help keep her on track. Homework help is a possible but I am available to help with homework too.

In regards to English tutoring, she is in 10th/11th grade with the reading comprehension/vocabulary of a 4th/5th grader. She enjoys reading but struggles to understand concepts and themes in the material. She has a floral, dramatic manner of speaking but can't seem to put that eloquence into writing. She writes at about a 2nd grade level. She may need help with basic writing skills.

Luco has expressed confidence in her ability to handle her science and history classes this year and does not think she will need help in those. If you happen to notice her struggling, we would appreciate it if you could get us involved for us to help
