Work abroad in Danelle's family for 6-12 Months starting from Oct 2025 as an Au Pair to take care of 3 children of 1 - 5 years old in Northam, Western Australia Australia

Dear Au pairs

We’re so excited about the possibility of welcoming you into our family here in Northam, Western Australia! We live on a small and friendly farm just a few minutes from town, surrounded by open space, fresh air, and a couple of animals — it’s a peaceful place with lots of room for kids to explore and play.

The farm is 28 acres and consists of 2 homes the main house is home to the DeJongh family and is 4 bedrooms with the guest room (your room) being the biggest with a tv,fridge,small kitchenette and private doors leading outside and another leading into the living room of the house.
The second house is home to the Rundell family it sits opposite the main house

Our family consists of Charles (5), Amelia (3), and Kristen (1). Charles is our energetic and curious boy who loves the outdoors and helping with little farm jobs.
Amelia is full of imagination and creativity, always playing pretend or drawing.
Kristen is our happy little explorer, just starting to toddle around and join in on the fun.

We are enjoy raising our children in a calm, country setting while still being close to everything we need. Our home is about 5 minutes’ drive from Northam town centre, where you’ll find a good range of shops, cafes, parks, and schools. Northam has Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, Aldi and various local boutiques and shops , as well as some lovely coffee spots and bakeries.

For bigger shopping trips or a city visit, Midland is roughly an hour drive away, and Perth is just a little further. There’s also a regular train and bus service connecting Northam to Midland and Perth, making it easy to explore on your days off.

As an au pair, you would become part of our family — sharing our daily life, helping care for the children, and enjoying the unique lifestyle of living on a small Australian farm. We love the idea of cultural exchange and look forward to learning about your background while sharing ours.
