Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

A Warm Welcome to Our Little (and Furry!) Family!

We know moving to a new place can be a big adventure, and we want to make sure you feel right at home from the moment you step through the door. We're not just looking for someone to help with childcare; we're hoping to find a true friend and a member of our family.

Our little household is a whirlwind of fun and energy! We have our delightful daughter, Mia, who is one and absolutely loves to play and explore. And then there's our playful puppy, Milo, who is equally enthusiastic about everything! Be prepared for lots of giggles, cuddles, and maybe a few puppy kisses!

We are looking for someone who is energetic, patient, and enjoys being part of a lively environment. We hope you’ll enjoy helping with Mia's development, playing with her, and helping us keep up with the puppy's boundless energy. We are also looking forward to you sharing meals with us, joining in on family outings, and becoming a part of our daily life.

Job Description

We are a warm and welcoming family of 3 living in Yorkshire. We have 1 daughter,Mia aged 1 .We enjoy spending time outdoors, going to the park/out doing dun activities, and having cozy movie nights. We also have a friendly cockapoo puppy named Milo. We are looking for a responsible, enthusiastic, and caring au pair to join our family and become a valuable part of our daily lives.

Responsibilities:

Childcare including:
Preparing meals and snacks.
Engaging in age-appropriate activities, such as playing games, reading, and arts and crafts.
Supervising playtime and ensuring their safety.
Assisting with bedtime routines.
Potentially driving children to activities.
Light household duties, including:
Keeping children's rooms and play areas tidy.
Helping with laundry.
Assisting with meal preparation and cleanup.
Pet care, such as feeding and playing
Being a positive and supportive role model.

Requirements:

Experience in childcare, preferably with references.
A genuine love for children and a patient, caring nature.
Responsible, reliable, and punctual.
Good communication skills.
Valid driver's license prefered and ideal for our location
Flexibility and adaptability.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
