We are a Canadian family, living in Oakland with our 3 boys (5, 8 and 10 years old). We work full time, and the boys are in school full time. We run our own business, and often have evening and weekend commitments to attend. We are looking for someone to stay with us and help in the evenings and occasional weekends. And also when the boys have a PA day off school. A few weekends a year we are out of town and would need someone to watch the boys full time while we're away.

We are looking for someone who is ok with a flexible evening and weekend schedule. Mornings and daytimes would generally be free (our current aupair works at a preschool during the daytime for example). Most of our schedule is planned in advance, but sometimes there are events with less than 24hrs notice that we need to be out for.

We make all our own meals, and have a cleaning lady. Help with tidying and dishes would always be appreciated! We live in a big bright home with a beautiful backyard and fruit trees (apples, persimmons, lemons, figs). We are a 20 min drive to beautiful San Francisco. We are an energetic, friendly and easygoing family - life with 3 boys is loud and busy and hectic but we have a great time.

We are looking for someone to stay with us from Aug 2025 to May 2026 (the school year). You would have your own room (see picture), a shared bathroom and parking spot in our driveway. Laundry and wifi included.
